  • 200g white bread crumbs

  • 1 egg, whisked

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 3 tbsp chopped coriander

  • 6 spring onions, chopped

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ tbsp Tabasco sauce

  • ½ tbsp soy sauce

  • seasoned flour

  • 1 egg, beaten
