Ingredients
2-4 fillets of very fresh mackerel (allow 170g fish for main course, 85g for a starter)
seasoned flour
small knob of butter
For the parsley butter:
55g butter
4 tsp finely chopped parsley
a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice
segment of lemon, to garnish
parsley, to garnish
