Sausages and grapes

Ingredients
4-6 large Toulouse sausages
400g red grapes
200ml white wine
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the sausages to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally until browned all over. Add the grapes to the pan along with the white wine and turn up the heat to medium-high.
Bring to the boil and then reduce the heat a little to a gentle simmer. Cook like this for around 15-20 minutes until the sausages are cooked through and the grapes are just starting to burst.
Serve straight from the pan alongside some buttery mashed potatoes.
