Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp harissa paste

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp sherry

  • 1kg chicken wings

Method

  1. These sticky sweet and spicy wings area great weekend snack or as nibbles at a party.

  2. Mix together the harissa, sherry and honey. Toss the wings in the mixture and season well.

  3. Spread the wings on a baking tray and bake in an oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.

  4. Toss the wings and place back into the oven until the chicken is fully cooked.

  5. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before eating as the sauce will stick to your fingers.
