  • For the loaf cake:

  • 4 eggs

  • 225g self-raising flour

  • 225g soft butter

  • 215g golden caster sugar

  • zest 2 lemons

  • For the drizzle:

  • 4 tbsp lemon juice

  • 80g granulated sugar
