2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 litre sunflower oil
1 egg
100g cornflour
1 onion
½ red pepper
½ green pepper
Sauce
1 clove garlic
1 cm fresh ginger root
1 red chilli
30 ml Chinese black vinegar
60ml rice wine or sherry
30ml soy sauce
20ml honey
Juice of a lemon
