Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Gallaghers Bakehouse Handcrafted Sourdough Wholemeal bread

  • 4 good slices of leftover turkey breast

  • 3 streaky bacon rashers

  • Softened butter

  • Tablespoon of mayonnaise

  • ½ small onion or shallot, finely sliced

  • 2 heaped teaspoons of cranberry sauce

  • 1 tablespoons of leftover gravy

  • 80g good Irish Cheddar such as Derg or Coolattin, thinly sliced
