Ingredients
4 egg whites
250g icing sugar
2 tsp cornflour
3Ā tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp white wine vinegar
¼ tsp cream of tartar (or lemon juice will do)
Few drops of lemon juice (to clean your mixer and whisk)
For the filling:Ā
500ml whipped cream
1 tbspĀ icing sugar
2Ā tbsp kirsch or cherry liqueur (optional)
1 tinĀ black cherries, pitted
100g chocolate shavings
200g Fresh cherries
