1 medium squash, peeled and chopped into bite size pieces
dash of olive oil
2 red onions, peeled and sliced
6 garlic cloves, sliced
1 red chilli, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds roasted
bunch of thyme, removed from the stalk and chopped
3 handfuls of chicken wings
2 tsp honey
2 tbs stock
