knob of butter
3 bananas, sliced
1 tbsp maple syrup
3 eggs, lightly beaten
300ml milk
2 tsp honey
½ tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp ground cinnamon
6 slices of stale bread, halvedÂ
dash of sunflower oil
handful of various nuts, chopped and roasted
2 tbsp natural yoghurtÂ
