80g honey
1 cinnamon stick
100g porridge oats
200g natural yoghurt
150ml water
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 apples, roughly grated
20g linseeds
10g sesame seeds
10g pumpkin seeds
30g almonds, toasted and roughly chopped
20g hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
