  • 80g honey

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 100g porridge oats

  • 200g natural yoghurt

  • 150ml water

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 2 apples, roughly grated

  • 20g linseeds

  • 10g sesame seeds

  • 10g pumpkin seeds

  • 30g almonds, toasted and roughly chopped

  • 20g hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
