  • 6 tbsp olive oil 

  • ½ tbsp cumin 

  • 1 tbsp. smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp coriander

  • pinch of sea salt 

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • To serve:

  • hummus 

  • lettuce

  • tomatoes

  • pickled onion
