8 garlic cloves, peeled
110ml water
4 tbsp vegetable oil
200g onion, peeled and chopped
1-2 fresh chilies, sliced into fine rounds
½ tsp turmeric
2 tsp ground cumin
1½ tins of coconut milk
salt
