Ingredients

  • 1 tin of chickpeas, drained

  • juice of 1 lemon 

  • 3 tbsp tahini 

  • 100ml rapeseed oil 

  • good handful of wild garlic leaves 

  • salt

  • pepper

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth and thick.
