Ingredients
900g fresh spinach
1 garlic clove
1 dried chilli pepper, soaked in 5 tbsp cold water
1 tsp salt
150ml oil
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
4 tbsp long-grain rice, rinsed thoroughly under cold water
300ml water
2 tbsp blanched almonds, toasted until golden under a hot grill
