Ingredients
200g roasted red peppers
2 plump cloves of garlic
1 tsp good quality balsamic vinegar
½ medium onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes

2 tins Italian cherry tomatoes
3-4 sprigs of fresh basil
A piece of parmesan cheese rind
50g grated parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
4-6 eggs
Garlic bruschetta
Slices of lightly toasted baguette
½ clove of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Flaky sea salt
