100g fresh baby spinach leaves
200g feta cheese
80g butter
225g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
150ml buttermilk
200ml milk
Toppings:
200g cherry tomatoes
Drizzle of honey and olive oil
A few sprigs of thyme
2 avocados
60ml creamy Greek yogurt
Juice of a lime
A little salt
4 eggs
6 tbsp Dukkha
Handful of fresh flat leaf parsley
