Just Keep Swimming Fish Cakes
In the movie ‘Finding Nemo’ the character Dory has a wonderful determination to just keep swimming no matter what life throws at her. That’s what I’m thinking about when I take out a tin of tuna.

3 spring onions/scallions
1 handful of coriander (stalks and all)
