  • 6 Slices of Bread

  • 50ml Full-Fat Natural Yoghurt

  • 50g grated cheddar cheese

  • 3 Eggs

  • 3 Spring Onions

  • 1/2 Red Pepper

  • 1/2 Yellow Pepper

  • Butter (for greasing)

  • Salt and pepper to taste
