  • 2 racks of pork ribs

  • 750ml water 100g onions, chopped

  • 100g peppers, chopped

  • 50ml oyster sauce

  • 50ml soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp garlic, chopped

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp white pepper

  • 300g dried noodles

  • 100g frozen peas
