4 medium sized aubergines
1 onion
2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
6 cloves garlic
200g minced pork
½ red bell pepper
½ tsp white pepper
1 tsp flaky sea salt
8 eggs
Salt and ground black pepper
For the tomato and chilli salad
200g cherry tomatoes
1-2 green chillies
½ tsp flaky sea salt
Juice of a lime
