Ingredients

  • 150g dark chocolate chips

  • 150g milk chocolate chips

  • 250g butter, softened 

  • 380g golden caster sugar

  • 150g plain flour

  • 50g cocoa powder

  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten

  • 200g raspberries

Method

  1. Heat your oven to 180°C and line an 8in by 10in rectangle cake tin with baking parchment and set aside.

  2. Melt the chocolates and the butter together.

  3. Add the sugar, flour and cocoa powder to the chocolate and stir it in, add the eggs.

  4. Stir half of the raspberries into the mixture and flatten it into the prepared tin.

  5. Sprinkle the rest of the raspberries on top and bake for half an hour.

  6. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
