This no-bake crumble is filled with rich berry goodness and makes an ideal summer dessert

Ingredients

  • 550g raspberries, mashed with a fork

  • 450ml thick natural yoghurt

  • 300g condensed milk

  • 200ml cream, lightly whipped

  • 120g shortbread biscuits, roughly chopped

Method

  1. Whisk the yoghurt and condensed milk together.

  2. Add the raspberries and then add this mixture to cream until combined.

  3. Place into the freezer and stir every hour for four hours until it solidifies.

  4. Sprinkle the shortbread biscuits on top on the last stirring and press them down into the frozen dessert.
