  • 1 lemon zested

  • 1 clove of garlic minced

  • 1 red chilli

  • 1 tbsp chopped chervil

  • 70g mayonnaise

  • 100g panko breadcrumbs

  • Sea salt

  • For the wild garlic ranch

  • 60g wild garlic

  • 20g Dijon mustard

  • 150ml buttermilk

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 400g crème fraiche
