3 cloves garlic, diced
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp flaky sea salt

400g tin of chopped tomatoes
2 bell peppers, one red and one green
200g raw king prawns
20g fresh coriander
