  • 3 tbsp parsley, chopped

  • 1 lemon

  • good quality bread of your choice, cider loaf works perfectly

  • pepper

  • 100g kombu butter

  • For kombu butter:

  • 125g butter

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • juice of ½ lemon

  • 10g dried kombu, broken into small pieces
