3 red bell peppers
juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
2 garlic cloves, crushed
50g walnuts, finely chopped, reserve a little to sprinkle on top at the end
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp tahini
sea salt
½ tsp paprika, to serve
