Ingredients

  • 3 red bell peppers

  • juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp dried chilli flakes

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 50g walnuts, finely chopped, reserve a little to sprinkle on top at the end

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • sea salt

  • ½ tsp paprika, to serve
