Snowman buns

For the buns:

200g butter

190g golden caster sugar

4 eggs, lightly beaten

200g self-raising flour

½ tsp cake spice, sieved

½ tsp vanilla

zest of 2 oranges

For the icing:

225g icing sugar

white of 1 egg — or 2 tsp pasteurised egg white powder mixed with 2 tbs of warm water

1 tsp orange juice
