  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced very thinly 

  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and sliced thinly 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 

  • juice of 1/2 lemon 

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or maggi seasoning 

  • 1-2 tbsp capers 

  • sea salt 

  • black pepper
