4 large potatoes (such as Roosters), cut into thin chips
2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp sunflower oil
40g grated cheese (Parmesan or Cheddar)

8 tbsp mayonnaise1 tbsp tomato ketchup1 tsp mustard1 tsp pickle juice (from any jar of pickles)
