  • 1 butternut squash, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp curry powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tin coconut milk
