Budget airlines outscore rivals in satisfaction survey
Budget airlines are outscoring charter carriers and scheduled service operators when it comes to satisfying passengers, according to a Consumers' Association survey.
But the proportion of people rating no-frills airlines as good value for money has dropped compared with two years ago, the association's Holiday Which? magazine found.
Of the budget airlines, Go (56%) easyJet (54%), Buzz (54%) and bmibaby (50%) all scored well on the question of recommendation. Only Ryanair (37%) and Flybe (35%) dipped below the 50% mark.
