Watch: DMax 7.7 fitness event in memory Darragh McCarthy

Niall McCarthy speaking at the inaugural DMax 7.7 fitness event at Marina Market. The sold-out event saw over 300 competitors take on DMax 7.7, featuring seven fitness stations, lasting seven minutes per station with a two-minute transition between each station. Competitors entered in teams of two and tested their strength, endurance and mental resilience across a series of challenges including, rope skipping, ski-erg, medicine ball, assault bike, rowing, burpee box jumps and wall balls. The DMax 7.7 event has been created in memory of Niall's son Darragh, who died tragically last year, and celebrates the qualities that defined him: resilience, courage, commitment, and competitive spirit.
