Watch: Protest over the closure of the Before 5 creche

Parents and staff members of a Cork creche have said they are not going down without a fight after it announced last week it would close with immediate effect.

Cork North-Central TD Mick Barry, speaking at the protest over the closure, said: "There's 150 plus kids set to lose their service and 14 workers set to lose their job." 

"People are not going to let this go without a fight."
