Defender Patrice Evra captains Manchester United in today's FA Cup fourth round tie against Liverpool but Wayne Rooney and Nani both miss the game.

The last time the France international featured at Anfield in October, he clashed with Reds striker Luis Suarez which resulted in the Uruguay international eventually being banned for eight matches after being found guilty of racial abuse.

United have made four changes from last weekend’s win over Arsenal, with David de Gea making his first start of 2012 and Rafael, Park Ji-sung and Paul Scholes coming in.

Liverpool have also made four changes with Jamie Carragher, on his 34th birthday, Andy Carroll, Maxi Rodriguez and Martin Kelly coming in for Glen Johnson, Charlie Adam, Dirk Kuyt, and Craig Bellamy.
