A four minute period in the last quarter of this Division 1A NHL game played at Ennis, yielded Dublin two goals and a point, yet it still wasn't enough to seal victory against home-side Clare.

For most of this game, the visitors played second fiddle, and trailed by 0-8 to 0-2 at the break.

The Dub's goals were scored by substitute Ciaran Wilson and Pat Maguire, to bring them within two points of Clare, with seven minutes remaining.

But the Banner responded with a Joe Considine point and two from Tony Griffin to secure victory.
