Two die in Wicklow road accident

Two people have been killed and up to six injured in a serious road accident in Co Wicklow today.

The accident, which involved several vehicles, occurred a mile south of Jack White’s pub on the main Dublin to Wexford road.

It’s believed that some of those injured were on the way to the Wexford-Derry match in Parnell Park.

The Wexford team doctor, who had been travelling to the match, has been attending to some of those injured.
