Johansson and Vaughn set to team up for new movie

Scarlett Johansson is to play Vince Vaughn’s lover in a new movie.

The 25-year-old actress is reportedly in talks to appear in ‘Old St. Louis’ as a secretary who is secretly romancing a travelling salesman.

In the comedy drama, Vince’s divorced businessman character tries to combine his latest cross-country work trip with an attempt to reconcile with the teenage daughter he rarely sees.

‘Kick-Ass’ actress Chloe Moretz is rumoured to be in the frame to play the daughter.

However, if Johansson does sign up for the role, it could put her rumoured appearance in ‘Gravity’ in doubt as there would be a likely schedule clash, with both slated to begin production in October.

It has now been claimed that ‘Gossip Girl’ actress Blake Lively may take over the female lead in the space-set thriller, starring opposite Robert Downey Jr. if Johansson drops out of the project.
