Outsourcing specialist Otonomee targets €50m in revenue

Outsourcing specialist Otonomee has appointed Alan Gleeson as chief commercial officer, supporting the company’s ambition to target €50m in revenue by 2028.
Alan has been part-time chief marketing officer at Otonome for the past 18 months. He brings over 25 years of experience in B2B growth and commercial strategy.
Alan has held senior roles with Palo Alto Software and Keelvar, before founding Work with Agility, a boutique consultancy, and has advised over 50 venture capital-backed start-ups and scale-ups across Europe and the US on scaling strategy and market expansion. He began his career at Barclays.
Based in Cork, Otonomee is a Certified B Corp firm that supports global brands with complex customer service needs, primarily in wearable health tech, fintech, eCommerce, and software-as-a-service (SaaS). It employs over 650 people in a fully remote workforce across four continents.
