Aedamar Howlett will chair the MII's prestigious annual awards
Aedamar Howlett, chair of the jury for the MII AIM Awards 2026.
The Marketing Institute Ireland (MII) has announced Aedamar Howlett as the chair of the jury for the MII AIM Awards 2026.
Aedamar takes over from Colin Gordon, who has chaired the awards jury since 2021. She brings vast experience in the FMCG sector in Ireland and overseas, and has a reputation for inspiring stakeholders, simplifying complexity, and recognising bravery in the face of adversity.
A former chair of the Irish Beverage Council for employer body Ibec, Aedamar holds a BA in Economics & Business from TCD. She completed a digital accelerator programme at Stanford University, and a diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors. She is a fellow of MII and The Marketing Society (London).

The MII AIM Awards 2026 are open for entries from November 21, 2025.
