Innovative business solutions provider ASA Group in Cork continues to recruit and expand as the company marks its 40th anniversary.

ASA Group employs 16 people in Ireland between the two companies, branding solutions specialist ASA Brands and ForWare, a fleet maintenance management software company, whose clients notably include private fleets, police, ambulance and other mission-critical fleets.

ASA Group recently gathered its employees from across Ireland and Europe at the Celtic Ross Hotel, Rosscarbery, recently to celebrate 40 years in business.

Founded in 1984 by Aodh and Judith Bourke, ASA Group has operations in Cork, Dublin and Belfast, and partnerships across the globe.

Today, the family-run ASA Group is led by sisters Michelle Johnson, CEO, and Caroline Bourke, COO, who have retained the company’s family values while committed to their entrepreneurial vision.

Michelle Johnson, CEO, said: “As we celebrate 40 years, we are proud of how far we’ve come, from our parents’ vision in 1984 to the international company we are today. The future is about scaling our impact further. We've taken on two extra people this year and we expect to hire at least two further employees in 2026.

“Cork will always be home, but what excites us is that from Cork, Dublin and Belfast, we can now deliver global campaigns, harness digital innovation, and continue building a business that will thrive for the next generation.”

Fleet management software firm ForWare serves Government mission critical fleets and major private sector fleets. ASA Brands has also strengthened its global reach as the exclusive Irish partner of the IGC Global Promotions network.

ASA Group is also focused on expanding its digital-first brand engagement solutions, strengthening its sustainability credentials, and continuing to build long-term global partnerships.

“Sustainability is no longer a ‘nice to have’, it’s a responsibility,” said Caroline Bourke, COO. “At ASA Brands, we see it as our duty to help clients engage their audiences in ways that are impactful and environmentally conscious. From sourcing responsibly to developing digital-first solutions, we are committed to ensuring the work we do today leaves a positive legacy for tomorrow.”
