Apprentice secures contract

THE winner of last year’s Apprentice has secured his first major contract for Alan Sugar.

Lee McQueen, a former recruitment sales consultant who won series four despite lying on his CV, worked on a deal to supply BP garages with digital information boards.

The digital information boards, made by Sugar’s Amscreen company, will initially show traffic information and advertisements to motorists at the 335 BP-owned sites around Britain with a view to extending the deal to BP’s 800 dealer partners by the end of the year.
