At a recent sitting of a District Court, a judge, told a driver with 31 previous convictions for driving without insurance that he should contact the editor of the Guinness Book of Records to have the offences included.
The driver had a total of 321 previous convictions.
I suggest the judge, in this case, should be asking why appropriate action has not been taken to protect the law-abiding citizens from this man?
