Not long ago, we had a referendum on the rights of children and their right to be heard.
In my 87 years, I have met and generally liked several homosexuals . In discussions, without exception, they spoke of the psychological trauma of coming to terms with their sexuality and forfeiting the ability to enjoy parenthood.
If we vote ‘yes’, children that will generally be heterosexual, will be adopted by same-sex couples whom I have no doubt will love them, but what happens when that child reaches puberty, what psychological trauma will the “experts” have placed on them?
This is an unneeded referendum.
