Ireland is nothing more than a sham democracy

Ireland’s political system constantly demonstrates it is a corrupt dysfunctional system where cronyism rules the day.

More and more regulations are created which grind the freedom of the individual into dust, for the State demands a compliant, passive and subservient citizenry who know their place — at the bottom. Public funds are wasted and generously shared out to the politicians and their benefactors (whether they win or lose elections). Irish citizens are suffering because our political system is a sham democracy. The difference between a sham democracy and a true democracy is in a sham democracy the citizens work for the benefit of the State (aka the politicians and the Establishment); where politicians rule over the citizens. In a true democracy the State works for the benefit of the citizens, and the politicians are merely employees of State (aka the citizens).

Thus, Ireland is, has always been and will continue to be a sham democracy, unless the citizens question the political system itself.

For unless the political system is changed to a true democracy, we will all continue to be repressed and controlled and swindled by those who lord it over us.
