Fewer councillors

The latest report on councillors’ wages and expenses is another reason they should be all gotten rid of.

We don’t need 883 councillors, nor do we need 34 councils.

There are only 26 counties and one super council doing the business for them all is sufficient.

Instead of abolishing the Seanad reform it and elect senators to do the councils budgets and bye-laws.

Think of all the money we would save, by ridding ourselves of this drain on tax money and re-investing it in water mains!
