Facebook not beyond criticism

The floating of Facebook on the world stock market is controversial given the many criticisms directed at the social networking site connected with bullying, intimidation and harassment.

Far from being an internet hub for bringing people closer together, as the directors of Facebook claim, it is more of a location where some people are having very bad experiences.

In many cases, lives and professional careers have been ruined as a result of members’ scandalous and sometime defamatory remarks.

Many kids are being driven out of schools and targeted by rumour-mongers who have personal insecurities and have developed their own destructive social network that makes many peoples lives a living hell.

People who want to invest in Facebook should bear these ongoing issues in mind before they give it financial support, or any assistance.
