As the cardinals enter conclave to elect our new Pope, they should keep matters simple.
The sole criteria for a Pope is to get under the skin, as much as possible, of liberal/feminist fundamentalists.
All other considerations are purely incidental. Let other religions indulge in childish liberal fantasies about women priests, married priests, etc.
Pope Benedict fulfilled this role admirably, while simultaneously overseeing a substantial increase in the worldwide Catholic population (by 15m alone last year) and in priestly vocations. More of the same, please.
