All hail solar electricity and benefits it brings

Compliments on Gerry Wrixon’s article ‘Future is Bright with Solar Power’. 

Straight thinking and determined action are needed in Ireland to bring the benefits of solar electricity to us all. More well researched and well written articles are needed on this topic. Could I suggest, however, that a little more research goes into the accompanying photographs as the panels on the house pictured are solar thermal, ie. they heat water, they are not solar PV panels.
