Taoiseach in China - Limitless opportunity

Taoiseach Enda Kenny has begun a four-day visit to China in an effort to boost exports, attract investment and Chinese tourists to Ireland.

Mr Kenny is joining a trade mission involving 90 companies.

The scale of opportunity offered by China is almost incomprehensible and as that country’s population grows — it stands at something around 1.3bn already — so too will those opportunities.

We have built strong links with China through education and hopefully this mission will strengthen that relationship and help create badly needed jobs.
